Martin Taylor, Head of OD, City of Glasgow College

It was a privilege to have Dr Sarah Taylor host a series of Energy MOT sessions as part of the City of Glasgow College winter wellbeing programme. Sarah’s approach to consultative design was flawless and demonstrated the flexibility of her Energy MOT model as she tailored it to meet the anticipated group needs. The insights shared during the sessions ensured participants could easily transfer the practices and methods to self-manage their own energy and cascade the learning within teams and the wider student community. Sarah’s passion for her subject helped ensure high levels of engagement within the sessions and has inspired a group of colleagues to work collaboratively beyond the sessions, using Energy MOT as a catalyst for augmenting current and future wellbeing initiatives. This certainly, exceeded our original expectations.
